The Ruffino’s discovered and moved to this delightful area in the fall of 2005. They live in a home on the adjoining 30 acres next to Winding Ridge Bed and Breakfast. They have two children, Robert and Michaella. In May of 2011, Michaella married her childhood sweetheart on the ranch property! Carlos and DeLinda share their home with a menagerie of animals including 7 dogs, (3 are dachshunds), 3 tabby cats, 2 mini horses, 2 mini donkeys , 2 Zebu steers, 3 nigerian goats, 4 horses and family of chickens! Carlos loves his work as an energy consultant and Vice President for Summit Energy in Lancaster, Texas. He enjoys playing bass at their church, Grace Covenant in Desoto. Carlos is also on the board of the Ennis Public Theatre and the Bristol Volunteer Fire Department. Delinda LOVES her job as property manager for their home and for Winding Ridge. She enjoys horseback riding, acting in the local theatre, animal husbandry and gardening.
